Roles and tasks within Winc Hub are not fixed positions but flexible functions that emerge and adapt based on the projectβs needs. The system supports:
- **Self-assigned roles** β members take on roles based on skills and availability;
- **Collectively agreed responsibilities** β each role comes with clearly documented expectations and reporting lines;
- **Modular team structures** β roles can exist within a project module or span across multiple modules;
- **Rotational leadership** β where applicable, roles of coordination and facilitation rotate to prevent power concentration;
- **Recognition and tracking** β all tasks and roles are transparently recorded, forming the basis for ownership, evaluation, and reward.
The emphasis is on clarity, flexibility, and accountability β enabling members to contribute meaningfully while the community stays adaptable and resilient.
